We have now received your favor of the 1st with note of entring for last month, which seems to correspond with our books with the exception of the bill on Mr Robinson for £45.3.2 which (being cancelled by Mr Innis orders) we make no entry. Another Bill for £48.2.0. drawn on that Gentleman has gone for acceptance & will appear at your credit when paid — Mr Parker had started for Chas Leven and Fairlie before your letter came to hand, a copy is sent him, but it may be some days ere you have an answer about the Oscar, meantime we have hounded our underwriters about insurances on hand from L'pool to N'foundland & Demerary most of them say it is too late & will not name a prem. but some of them think she may be done at4Gs (guineas)
Yesterday we sold the last of our Sugar say 62 HHds (hogsheads) SOM to J. McCale & Co 276/3 per 4 Mos Bill.
